Causes of psoriasis

Congenital liability and provoking factors play role in development of psoriasis.

Psoriasis liability means the psoriasis answer to different environmental effects. Till now 7 psoriasis susceptibility ( PSORS -1, -2, -3, -4, -5, -6, -7 ) have been described. The genetic liability alone is not enough for psoriasis appearance. In order to psoriasis develop the external environment, provoking factors influence is also required. The external influence may be an internal disease as well. Provoking factors are those effects which are able to visualize psoriasis on patient’s skin.
