Food allergy in childhood
The occurrence of food allergy in adulthood is 1,5-2 %, in infants and childhood can reach 6-7%.The most common food allergens are milk, eggs, soya, fish, strawberries and peanuts.
Symptoms of a food allergy can appear in gastro-intestinal tract, on skin and in breathing. In younger old bloody stool and dry eczema skin may occur. Allergic reactions can be vomiting, diarrhea, tympany, hives and a runny noise too. Aviator ear in babyhood may also cause food allergy.
